The Kandarian Demon (also known as "The Watcher In The Woods", "Humbaba", and "Drafter") is an ancient demonic spirit responsible for unleashing Deadite spirits and creating various other supernatural occurrences upon the world of the living.
The Kandarian Demon first appeared as an unseen entity in the 1981 film The Evil Dead, but made its physical debut in the climax of Evil Dead II in 1987.
